Versa 2 screen won't respond

On Saturday morning my Versa 2 screen went blank I put it to charge thinking it may have run out of battery ( even though I charged it on Friday) After that it’s never come on. Only a faint dull  yellowish light is showing. This is a real nuisance - as there is no service centre in India . There is no number to call - all numbers dialled are shown as invalid numbers. This is my second Fitbit - the first one I had was a blaze . I’ve bought both my sisters fitbits too . So this is the fourth one I’ve bought. But this Fitbit has always been a problem- it’s given trouble from the beginning. And it’s not so old . I bought it in October/ November 2020. The blaze worked like a dream and lasted nearly five years . Very dissatisfied with this watch!

Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
