Versa 2 screen won't respond

My Fitbit is my daily watch, but I had back surgery last week and didn’t wear it for a few days. During this time it died so I just plugged it back up and didn’t think much of it. The next morning the screen would just display the Fitbit logo. No matter what I do or what buttons I push the logo will not come off the screen
