Versa 2 screen won't respond

Hi my versa watch screen has become unresponsive on the right hand side. So there are some functions I can’t use as the icons are positioned on that side of the screen.

I can’t even hard reset in case this will refresh the screen as the icon again is on the non responsive side. 
Any views?

Would like to see any responses to this as I’m having a similar issue where my “down” widget screen is blacked out. I haven’t seen anything helpful in manual….. am continuing to research and will let you know if I find anything.

I found this in a post from 6/21 which suggested to change clock face or try to reset which keeps your information….... changing clock face didn’t work for me 


This is how to reset Versa….

Press and hold the button* for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.

 

I reset and my widgets are now working!!!
