My fitbit versa 2 wont respond to my swipes after several attempts to force reset it

Hi there, @Moyaitaro. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. 

In addition to the steps you've tried, please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @MarreFitbit, I have tried that solution it did not work as well. Would this mean that my fitbit is damaged somehow?
