My versa 2 screen is not responding when swiping. But responds on double tap to show time. I've don't the reset and the changing of clock face but still have the same issue

So my fitbit will not swipe at all. I have it for about 15 months. This is the reply I have from the team. I'm sorry but this is ridiculous. I have done everything that they have asked me to do this this **ahem**. I will not be getting another fitbit. They want to only offer me 35% off a new watch. That is it. What I paid for my versa 2 at the time was 150.00 the newer versa 4 is 160.00 "right" now. Apparently the original price is 229.00 However, Amazon's price is 159.99, Target and Wal Mart also 159.99. I am extremely irritated with this company. I will not be getting another fitbit, which is unfortunate because I love the app.
