Versa 2 screen won’t swipe

I have restarted my VERSA 2 and still cannot swipe any direction from the home screen.  I have only had this for 4 months and I’m this is very frustrating!  All updates have been completed as well and I still cannot swipe from the home screen.

Hi @jplopez5316, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

 

I would like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since the display won't swipe. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try a factory reset, which has been helpful for this type of issues. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
  • Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
  • Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates they initiated the factory reset.

After this, check out if the display works properly.
