Hello, my versa is no longer working. The touch screen is not responsive at all. I can’t do anything with it. I called FitBit and I’m passed the 1 year warranty but I can’t afford another FitBit right now with everything going on. I’ve done a factory reset and a hard reset and nothing works. I changed the clock screen. I synced it to the app. Are there ANY suggestions??? Any fixes besides replacing the whole thing for $200?

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa screen became unresponsive. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of first setup.
I totally understand how you feel about this and I really appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
