Versa 2 screen won't swipe

Hi I have my Fitbit versa 2 a couple of years. Today it just stopped working, I’ve followed the forums and restarted it and updated it and the logo came on a couple it times but the screen won’t swipe then I tried changing the clock face and this didn’t work either. Can you please advise how I get it fixed? Thx Maria Kelly
