My Versa 2 stopped working this morning. I can still feel it vibrating for step achievements. When I look at my watch the clock face flashes every now and then but goes back to black while I'm still messing with it. I can tap the screen and it'll vibrate but won't turn on. I've help the button on the side many times but it still does the same thing.

@KatelinM @Jadesmama4ever, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa's screen won't turn on. I appreciate the time spent trying to fix this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face. After this, monitor your watches and see if the issue gets fixed.
@Jadesmama4ever, if you haven't done so, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. Then proceed with the clock face change as advised above.
Keep me posted on the outcome guys.
Best AnswerMy versa 2 still isn't working because it won't sync to my phone. It won't download the latest upload, which means I cant put a new clock face on. However, it still vibrates when I hold the button on the side but that's it

@KatelinM, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I appreciate your reply.
In order to change the clock face, you can do it through the Fitbit app. Please check out the steps listed in this help article to do so.
After selecting the clock face through the app, please follow the troubleshooting steps described in this help page, which are helpful for the syncing issue that your Versa is also experiencing. Finally, try syncing your watch again and see if the clock face gets installed and the display turns on.
I appreciate your time and patience with this.
Let me know how it goes.
Best AnswerI’m having a similar issue. I’m using a Fitbit watch face and intermittently I’m unable to turn on the screen; neither by touching the side button or touching the screen. I’ve restarted multiple times when the issue comes up and it still has the same issues. I have the most up to date software and only started experiencing the issue within the past week. I think there is a software bug causing the issue as nothing has happened to the watch/hardware.
I have the same problem. My watch screen no longer turns on but it does synch and does vibrate for messages and activity goals (though of course I can’t see what goal I have reached). Tried turning it off and switching faces but no luck. Was hoping latest software would fix t he issue but no luck. This no longer works as a watch but an expensive activity tracker. Only had it since Christmas
Best AnswerI am also having this same issue. I have tried rebooting it, resetting it, factory reset, Updating the clock face, as well as updating it to the latest update and with no success. It still connects to my phone and monitors activity, it vibrates but the screen will not light at all. I don’t see any other options other than to buy a new one which is pretty bad considering I only had this for just over a year.
I am having a similar issue at the moment. My screen went kind of scrambled. I charged it and it still vibrates with anything but then I turned it off to try to reset it. Now it won’t turn on.
Best AnswerI have the same problem and the screen is kind of brownish i contacted fitbit and they said the only option was to send a replacement, but the warranty is up to a year and I have had the watch since like a year and a month ago
