My Versa 2 Fitbit screen has disappeared and I cannot get it back the statistics are showing on my iPad app but cannot see anything on my watch. And cannot get any other advice other than the Versa 2 has regularly stopped working after about 2 years, very disappointed. Will not buy any other Fitbit product.

Hi @Peter1949, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Versa 2 is not turning on. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate your feedback since this helps us to keep improving.
I would like to know if your Versa 2 vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
