Versa 2 screen won't turn on

Did the update last night,went to bed and just woke up and realized it quit working or at least the screen won't turn on.  My app says the battery is at medium level. Anyone else have this problem?

Just waking up and trying to sync mine and it has done the very same thing

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums @Dragon84 @Elmo17max.

 

Thank you for sharing that you've been having trouble with your Versa watch. 

 

Before considering other options and if you already tried the restart procedure, make sure that you've also checked the Sleep Mode and Do not disturb Mode options are turned off on your watch's settings. Let me know if you've able to see anything on the screen.

Restating worked!!! Thanks so much!!!!!

I did a reset and I got my screen back, but after you do that make sure you
sync it because wjem mine came back on it was still on yesterday's date and
time. Hope this helps!!
