The screen on my versa 2 won’t light up. Just a consistent black screen. Tried charging, holding all the buttons and other solutions found online and it didn’t make a difference. Anyone have any other solutions?

Please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
