Apps stopped working including timer,deezer,Starbucks,alarms,health settings,and regular settings app; this started when I bought it new in July 2019.It started acting up on October 8 2019

To better assist you with this matter, can you please give me more details about your Versa's behavior? Is your Versa screen frozen? Are the apps not opening? Is your Versa crashing when you try opening any app?
In the meantime, please restart your Versa as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
