I’ve had this for less than a month. The screen is black, doesn’t turn on at all. The back of it lights up green, and it responds to the button (vibrates), and can connect to the app. Anything I can do to make my Fitbit work?

Hi @Kevinsaurus - if it is syncing you can try changing the clock face in the Gallery tile of the app.
You may still be able to get a display by double tapping the screen and swiping in a direction, if so that confirms a clock face issue.
If you are able to get a display that way, swipe down once, then again and click on the 2 white bars to get to Quick Settings [sometimes long button press will work too] and make sure Sleep is not enabled and wrist wake is.
A restart may also help - How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Hi there, @Kevinsaurus. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.
Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work, as @Guy_ has suggested, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Hope this helps.

I changed my clock face before I originally posted. I looked up the default clock face for the Versa 2, installed it, and then restarted the device. The screen has not come back on. Tapping and swiping doesn’t do anything either.
