Versa 2 seems dead

I brought myself a Fitbit Versa 2 on Saturday, all has been ok until today, it synced at 6.28am, but now its dead. Black screen, no flashing green lights and not connecting to the phone app (Huawei Pro30). It won't restart as the screen won't switch on! Any ideas??

Is it fully charged?

It was on 70 odd %, I've just plugged it into the charger now I'm home, nothing so far

Are you following these directions for Restart?  Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Yes, must've tried that 20 times, just nothing, it's like a brick
