my Fitbit sensors don’t seem to be working.
It’s not tracking steps or heart rate and the screen won’t light up when I lift my wrist. It still sends steps alerts but I’ve walked at least 2 miles today and it still says 0 steps.
It is synched, up to date, full battery and I have restarted 3 times.
It’s now 3 years old, what is the lifespan of this device?
