Versa 2 sensor not working

My fitbit versa 2 sensor isn't working. I tired turning the watch off 3 times and turning back on and also factory reset my watch. Im not sure what else to try. And help would be grateful.

HI, what sensor isn't working and how does it manifest itself as a problem in the Fitbit App?

Have you tried switching clock face to a standard Fitbit one?
