Two days ago my hr sensor stopped working on my watch. I have re-installed the fitbit app, cleaned the device, and factory reset the watch but still am unable to get the HR sensor to work. The watch is less than a year old.

I noticed this recently and think it probably has something to do with the recent firmware update.

It may be due to the firmware update if it was working till a few days ago.
Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly and inform them. They may be able to help you.
