Versa 2, sensor stopped working

I have stopped that the sensor on my Versa 2 has stopped working, stop recording a couple of days ago. I have turnt it off and on again, done a factory reset. Nothing has changed.

So basically no heartrate monitor or sleep record is being tracked. I need both for health reasons. 

Any ideas how to fix it?

Sorry to say it's dead.  That happened to my versa and versa 2.  I had each of them about 18 months.  I got another versa 2 from a friend who had had it for years.  It works great.  I don't know why it happens but you can't fix it.
