I am unable to pair Versa 2 with my realme 3 pro. On supported device list this device is not available. Can you please confirm?

Hi @Girisharora I can concirm your phone is not on the Supported Devices List . But that doesnt necessarily mean it wont work. It might be worth contacting Support and see if they are able to help you.

Welcome to the Community, @Girisharora and @NellyG, thanks for the input.
As our friend mentioned, your phone isn't compatible. When a device isn't compatible, it doesn't mean that it won't work with your device, but you might experience some connectivity issues. You can always try the instructions in the article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? but I don't guarantee it will work 100% or you can try to pair your device with a compatible unit.
Let me know if you need anything else. 🙂
