Versa won’t charge

Versa battery died and now it won’t charge.  Have cleaned the charger and the Fitbit with rubbing alcohol as suggested on the help video.  Nothing will work.  Anything else to try?

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this battery issue. If your watches aren't charging, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? and make sure you have followed the instructions provided there.
