My versa has been showing an improper heart rate the last few days. It’s been very high compared to actually checking my heart rate. Also it hasn’t showed a sleep score for three nights. I’m wearing it just like i always have. Should i try a factory reset? I’ve tried to turn it off and in with no change in the reading.

I am curious what their response was on this issue? Mine has not read detailed sleep details in over a week and my heart rate is reading very high! My active minutes yesterday read 404 minutes which made no sense and ABSOLUTELY did not correlate with my actual activity level. I have restarted and the sensor off and on a number of times.
