I looked into why my Versa 2 was not charging and I discovered it looks like it had a short….
looking at it close up seems like it shorted out…It was a gift, so I went to Best Buy and they told me this has happened before and they have taken some back. But since mine was not purchased there, they could not help me.
Take a close look at the pictures anyone see this before?

I received an email stating they requested I mail them the unit for them to look at it and they never included an address where to send it to. Does anyone know where I need to send it to?
