Versa 2 showing only Clock Face

Please help!

My Versa 2 only displays the clock face. I cannot swipe for apps, nor notifications, nor stats (although the app has records).

I have tried changing the clock face twice, and using only Fitbit faces.

I have held the button for 20 secs to restart 5 times.

I tried adding a music playlist and syncing, but no change

I am losing my mind, this versa has been a struggle since I got in in October 😞

 

Can anyone please help me?
