My Versa 2 Touch Screen Isn't Working

Sometimes it works perfectly and sometimes it doesn't get past the passcode screen. Also sometimes the button on the side doesn't work. My syncing devices are Apple products. (MacBook Air, iPhone, and iPad)

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
