Had problems with frozen screen on my versa lite that I got at Xmas so done a hard reset now I can't get it setup to the app again?

No Rhonda can't get it setup again and connected to the app it seems to be a common problem with this watch?

I’m having the same problem.
it still counts steps, but i can’t tap the screen to switch to heart rate or active mins, nor can I go to the menu or anything.
