Versa 2 shows Fitbit logo

I have logged off and logged back on, I can’t turn it off because the logo is there and I couldn’t find turn off phone on app. I just need help getting the logo off and my app to work again, please!

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling and recommend trying the following:

  1. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone; wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
  2. Turn your Fitbit device off and back on using the instructions in How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Reboot your phone..
  4. Remove your Fitbit Versa 2 from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your phone.
  5. Try setting up your device again: tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture. Tap Set Up a Device. Choose your device (Versa 2) and follow the on-screen instructions to continue. On this process, the app will give you an option to update your Versa 2's firmware. Please go for it.
