Versa 2 shows only Fitbit logo

Logo staying on. I can’t get connected 

this is happening repeatedly. Waste of time & money.  Got this as a present  from my daughters

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling and recommend trying the following: 

  1. Remove your watch from the Bluetooth settings on your phone. 
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone and confirm the steps to restart your watch: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  5. Choose your device from the list and follow the onscreen instructions.

Done everything you said. Still not working & when it does connect only last a short time then logo comes back on. Plus battery is goes flat after a few hours. Really not had any use in months. Just a waste of money in my eyes.
