Versa 2 shows "Data not cleared. Sync & try again"

Evert thing apears okay, just doesn't sinc. I frustated to the point of scraping the whole thing and go to another brand. I have seen that many others have the same problem and your HELP desk doesn't have answer. Just the run around!

I am sorry to hear about the frustration this situation has caused. Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture from the Today tab.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
