Versa 2 shows the wrong time

My time is off by 5 hours and I've selected and reselected the time zone.  Right now it says 11:09 and it is actually 4:06.

Hi there, @cindynco. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. 

Note that the time on your watch may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If you changed time zones and the time on your Versa 2 is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I fix the time on my Fitbit device?
