Hi @KristelVS - if the button doesn't work and the touchscreen neither it may have a fault.
Check if it is syncing with the Fitbit App and in the Gallery tile try changing clock face.
Also try holding the watch button for a full 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.
If that doesn't work try placing on charge briefly to see if it responds.
You may have to wait for the battery to fully discharge so that it restarts when charging.
Note a watch with those symptoms has probably developed a fault (possibly from water) and nay not work normally again.
If it gets hot when charging stop immediately.

Best AnswerThanks for the suggestions, although I think the button is actually broken as it won't let me go "back" from the screen it is frozen on....at leaset I got about 3 yrs out of it.
