The side button stopped working and when tapping on the screen I have to do it at least 5 or more times to get it to turn on. Once it is on it only says “log in to Spotify”. How do I get it fixed?

Please try using a toothpick around the button in order to remove any dust or moisture that may be affecting the functionality of the button. After this, try pressing the back button for 10 seconds in order to restart it. Finally, check out if the issue gets fixed.
