Versa 2 side button

My Versa 2 side button on the outside of the watch will not press in, therefore, my watch cannot go back screens or reset.  I just bought it in November.   Does anyone know if they will replace this?  I dont want to buy a new fit bit.  But I see no # to call for a help line.  Thanks!
