Do you wear the watch on the front or backside of your wrist?

Watch facing out as arm hangs at side; next to back side of hand.

Could try it the other way but that is best for getting heart rate.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
