I got my Fitbit Versa lite yesterday. Both my Versa lite and my Fitbit app are up to date but it still won’t let me install Spotify. I’ve even tried logging out and restarting but still the same results.

To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using to install the Spotify app on your Versa Lite? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please make sure that the operating system of your mobile device is up to date, same for the firmware version of your Fitbit and the Fitbit app as well.
