Unresponsive device after factory reset

I have tried all the tricks listed and my Versa is not turning on at all or charging on the charger. It's dead and it's brand new!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know why you did a factory reset? Also, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive?
