No matter what I try cant get the voice text or Alexa to work. I've reset the Fitbit, phone and logged out and back in to Alexa in the app. Nothing has worked. What else can I try? This thing has been a headache since day one. I love it when its working right just seems to be temperamental

Have you logged into your Alexa Account @Rus40040
Is your phone nearby and connected to the internet?
Does your Fitbit app have permission to run in the background?
Does Alexa work with the Fitbit app open on the phone?
What phone are you asking for help with?

I have done everything mentioned in any post on how to make the voice text reply function and Alexa function work again. But nothing has worked. It worked fine up until 2 updates ago now I guess. But I guess maybe the microphone died. Just wondering if anyone else has the same issue. Where nothing has made it work. Thanks for reading my post

Same problem here. Tried everything. Don't know if its the mic or what. My 90 days is up soon I purchased extended warranty so I'll probably just get a new one. Tired of wasting time trying to fix it.
