I have the exact same problem with my Versa. It used to track floors (only when cycling things would be waaaaay off) perfectly. Today, it's stuck on zero. Resetting doesn't work. Any thoughts?

It was counting steps, what it stopped counting was floors. But my device completely died a few days later, so fixing the issue is no longer possible. I got my Versa replaced and the new one is working just fine.
