Hey guys. For the past 2 days, my watch has not been providing sleep data to the app. Nothing has changed in the way I sleep and it currently has 61% battery. I've tried uninstalling the app and trying the last version but it still won't work. I'm on Android 9 with a Pixel 3XL.

@SunsetRunner Your Versa 2 need to report sleep stages in order to generate a sleep score. The last two days reported sleep patterns, not sleep stages. If you tap on one of the days with sleep patters, Fitbit often gives you an explanation as to why you got sleep patterns instead of sleep stages.
A common reason is that your Versa 2 did not get a consistent heart rate trace in your sleep. This Help article will give your more information.
This is a device thing, not an app thing. There is nothing wrong with your phone or app.
EDIT and update: Did you tap on the Learn More? You posted your second screenshot while I was typing my response.
Please get back to us if the suggestions in the Help article don't help.

Yeah sorry. I realized that I should've included that pic as well. I used the learn more button in the app and there's nothing different about how I'm wearing it or anything. The strap is locked into the same hole and same spot on my wrist as always. Its currently tracking my BPM just fine, so I thought it was working. However when I click on the BPM stay, it doesn't show any data for Friday. So now I'm uncertain. The only thing I can figure is that maybe the sensor got dirty?

@SunsetRunner My other recommendation would be to restart your Versa 2 and see if that helps. Press and hold the button for about 10 seconds to restart.
I clean the back of my Versa 2 either with a cotton pad that is damp, not wet, with rubbing alcohol or a packaged eyeglass cleaner. (This is consistent with Fitbit's recommendation to clean the charging contacts with rubbing alcohol.) But I don't think that this is your issue. When there are heart rate trace issues, it will say that your Fitbit couldn't get a consistent heart rate trace.

I tried restarting the device already by turning it off in the settings menu then powering it back on. I have now done it that way too and synced it again but there's no data there still. So I guess maybe it didn't record anything. Hopefully it will work tonight.
Edit: I also cleaned it with my eyeglasses cleaner and a cotton pad. I don't have any rubbing alcohol.

Well it worked last night. I also moved it a tiny bit up my arm after cleaning it but I'm not sure what helped. Maybe both.
