Versa 2 Set up issues

I've been trying to set up my Versa 2 for days now and nothing happens. It gets to the point where its connecting to wifi then nothing. It just keeps going around in circles. My phone is right next to the router and I'm already connected to wifi...

Hi @scooby5195,

Are you trying to set the Versa WiFi up manually or automatically?  I usually have to set mine up manually.  There should be a button on the app that says "Set Up WiFi Manually" or something to that effect.  Select it and then type in the WiFi name and password and you should be all set.

I've tried to set it up that way to but it just keeps saying connecting. and then a red x appears on the Versa 2 screen. Thanks for the input....
