I bought my Versa 2 just today!
And my device wouldn't sync time!
I've tried all the troubleshooting options!
- restarting phone
- restarting fitbit
- syncing device
- checking timezones
Etc etc etc....
Really wish this solves soon... It's killing all the excitement i had for my new device...:(

If the time is off by exact number of hours, it is likely a time zone issue.
Otherwise, it gets the time and date from your phone or other sync device each time it syncs. If it is not getting the time, it is likely not truly syncing.
