Versa 2 sleep log incorrect

Hello everyone, Ive had my fitbit for 2 weeks now and my sleep tracker is acting up. Every time I go to bed my sleep tracker doesn't start for the first 4-5 hours, only tracking the last 3-4 hours of me in bed. Sometimes its telling me I’ve slept under 3 hours when I've been in bed for almost 9 hours. I have setup a sleep schedule and goal in the app and I'm going to bed within 30 min. of the target bedtime. I Also have switch the watch sensitivity to sensitive and still the same results. I cleared my account to restart all over and it worked the first night but now its doing it again. What can I do to fix this issue?

Another day with the sleep tracker starting 4 hours after I went to bed(4:40-8:20), it says I slept 3 hours last nite!!? Can anyone help me with this issue, I’m getting frustrated and I’m going to return the Fitbit if it’s not going to preform.

Ugh 1 day out of 6 I received my complete sleep score from the time I went to bed, the rest only received partial charts starting 3-4 hours after I went to bed.  Why won’t the versa 2 track my whole time in bed?

Well 3 days later and I received a sleep score 2/3 nites. I think I’ll return the expensive watch. Thanks for your help but the product doesn’t work consistently for the cost.
