I need help with my sleep tracker on my versa 2. the heart rate works during the day but when i sync my fitbit device i dont get the sleep data from the night before. ive had to log Thursday-Sunday manually. on iphone se 2nd gen.

@ari-ophelia20 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the sleep tracking issue that your Versa 2 has experienced, I'd like you to restart it as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep data.
Finally, monitor your watch and see if it tracks and syncs your sleep data properly.

I have a Versa 2 and this wholw week I haven't been able to get a sleep score and I've been manually logging inaccurate sleep. Is it time to switch or upgrade? I have had it since December 2019 and now I am thinking of changing to apple because of my iPhone.
i had someone from support help me yesterday but thw problem hasnt been fixed
