Unfortunately I managed to drop and smash the screen on my versa 2, does anyone know if fitbit can help out with replacing it or know anywhere that could replace the screen??

Hi @Zoewragg there is no repair on these devices. Even if you're under warranty, accidently damage isn't covered. You might want to see if there are any third party places that do such repairs, but the price for that service might be more than the purchase of a new one.

Thank you for this. I was torn between wasting money trying to get it fixed and ordering another. Tbh fitbit customer services have been amazing and offered me discount as my warranty has really out. Exactly why I will stay with fitbit 🙂 thank you
