Versa 2 speech to text for replies

Why on earth is there no capability to respond to messages over the lovely new Versa 2 microphone??  My now 4-year-old Pebble 2 had that capability from day one and it was a function I used daily.  I may be returning my new Versa 2...sadness.

If you mean for text replies, you can do that via Alexa.

I forget the exact procedure at the moment.  When you see the text on the V2, tap it and I think there are options for quick reply, or voice reply.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
