I've just got my versa 2 and linked to an equally new android phone. The notifications for texts, WhatsApp and emails etc seems really sporadic. Just had some help through the live chat, though after several different actions and ending up out of the chat 3 times as I had to access the app..... I've lost the will and still don't have notifications!!! Anyone had any joy with this problem?

Yes, had the same experience. I chatted with the first rep FOREVER and tried everything from standing on my head to hopping on one leg--to no avail. Finally had a meeting I had to go to. Tried again later and this representative was AWFUL and RUDE. He said they were working on it and asked if I could help with anything else. I informed him that he had yet to help with the first problem. Fitbit used to have excellent customer service and always resolved the problem or replaced the device. Obviously, something has changed. It might be time to switch to another tracker.
