Feedback about Fitbit Versa - My experience

I bought my Fitbit Versa as a tool to help me progress through my 2019 life change. I got back into the gym and changed my habit of unhealthy junk food and sugary drinks for better and healthier options. I was doing great and my versa was helping stay on track until it stopped syncing 3 months in. Thankfully I purchased a warranty.

I reported my issue with my versa to fitbit online support and they were quick to honour my warranty and sent a replacement. My replacement worked perfectly for about 6 months before I started having syncing issues with my replacement. So with my warranty still active, I notified fitbit again and again they shipped out a replacement. 

Now with my third replacement and no longer with a warranty I started experiencing syncing issues again. I am so done with fitbit!

 

$300 down the drain for a fitness tracker that seriously needs a fitness tracker of its own to monitor it's own health. 

I gave fitbit another shot, but I am SO done with this brand!
