My fitbit versa 2 has been working fine for the last 5 years I've had it until last month when the screen was being buggy and wouldn't swipe when needed, which was fine until today the screen turned off and wouldn't turn back on or connect to my phone saying it was disconnected. I tried to reset it which turned the screen back on but it is now full of static and random green and orange lines, it keeps fully turning off like it did earlier. Its also showing the wrong time. Very upsetting I love this watch and it's been very reliable and heavy duty for the past 5 years.

That said, I'd like to recommend that you change the clock face , as this can sometimes refresh the device. You can find those instructions here.
