I understand that Google is phasing out Google Assistant in favor of Gemini. I've been enjoying Gemini functionality on my Pixel 7a for a while now. Is there any reason why Google can't connect the voice assistant functionality on the Fitbit Versa 3 to Gemini? Assistant was always a little squirrely on the Versa 3, but I do NOT want to use Alexa as it goes away. I would prefer that Google figure out a way to migrate the Versa 3 to Gemini. Or maybe a third-party developer can come up with a solution? If this simply can't be done, please provide users with an explanation of the issues, not just the suggestion to use the Besos Buddy. Thanks!

Hi @eryceyl . Google just started rolling it out to Wear OS devices, but no mention of Fitbit. The Keyword . Google didn’t put Google Assistant on the Sense 2 or Versa 4. I think they knew that they would be taking it away. I would be absolutely stunned if Google put Gemini on the Versa 3, Versa 4, Sense, or Sense 2. Google said they are focusing on the Pixel Watch.
