Hello,
earlier today my versa was showing 7k+ steps I’ve just noticed it’s now at 0, I have tried to reconnect but still the same.

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since the steps you walked disappeared from your watch. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the steps amount stop disappearing from your Versa 2.
